Our server Makenna was great. She didn't have write down our order and didn't make any mistakes either. She checked up on us repeatedly but not so much to interfere with the meal. Super friendly service; definite recommendation and will be going back!
Ended up here on a fluke, best mistake ever. Every single thing we ordered was delicious and done perfectly. Fries done to perfection, burger cooked perfectly, rueben with corned beef that was out of this world. Well done, our server Reagan was an old school throwback to a time when servers were attentive and helpful.
Recently ate lunch at Irish democrat with a group of six friends all of us well over 60. Service was exceptional. Lunch was a perfect time for us to gather, And the food was outstanding. Every one of us was very happy. The onion rings were amazing and thin and crispy- perfection. The fish in the fish and chips was not greasy, but perfect and flaky others raved about the sweet potato fries and the chicken strips. All in all this group’s monthly meal gathering could not have been more perfect.

Our waitress said she had been there for 9 years. That kind of longevity in the service industry usually means that the employees are being treated very well, and accordingly, they do a good job. One can tell that is the case here. The food was great, as was the service. I recommend The Irish Democrat to anyone.
Stopped here for a lunch break during our road trip today. Very helpful server, very polite. The only bummer was they were out of pizza dough, which was the only food my 5 year old wanted to eat. But she happily shared our sides. Food was good. I had the chicken salad sandwich.
If there was a way to give this place six stars I would. Everything about this place is amazing our server Reagan is possibly the best server I've had in 20 years. She was friendly she was attentive she knew the menu inside and out had great recommendations things you just don't get nowadays. Our food choices were pretty simple from a burger to a reuben and a turkey sandwich with a twist. There are literally not enough accolades I could heap on this place. Don't forget to ask for honey mustard, you'll thank me.
My cousin and I had a great dining experience, staff was very courteous, atmosphere was enjoyable and food was awesome! Prices are extremely reasonable as well! Highly recommend if you ever get a chance to go. Definitely go!
